In building not one but two successful careers, I have managed teams through numerous challenges and changes, provided strategic advice to executives on people management and culture changes, actively participated as a member of a National Health and Wellness committee supporting wellness in the workplace and worked with numerous busy professionals and working parents both formally and informally, helping them to get unstuck. My numerous professional and life experiences have given me the tools, the drive and the understanding needed to help others reduce stress and overwhelm, avoid burnout, improve their job performance and create a life they love!
Each coaching session is unique and tailored to your needs. As your coach, I will partner with you in this journey to explore, support, encourage, and challenge your ways of thinking or doing to help you achieve your goals.
Results vary and depend on the level of effort and authenticity the client brings to each session and uses in implementing agreed-upon next steps. Some clients may experience results that move them closer to their goals or dream within the first session. Other clients may need a little more time to open up, dig deeper, discover and remove barriers holding them back and to take steps forward towards achieving their goals.
The frequency of coaching sessions will be discussed and mutually agreed upon between the client and coach prior to contracting and is based on numerous factors. Ultimately, its up to the client. Some clients meet weekly, while others may meet bi-weekly, monthly etc.
While I primarily work virtually, in-person coaching sessions may at times be accommodated. This should be discussed and mutually agreed upon prior to contracting.
